Volunteering at the Carnival:

The Parent Guild Carnival is the biggest event that we plan for the school year. It takes place in June and requires a lot of volunteers for it to be successful. The two major areas where we need help are supervising activities and helping out at the registration desk. Planning begins in March and we start organizing volunteers in mid May. 

Volunteering at General Events

 

Traditionally the Parent Guild has planned movie nights, BBQs, lunches, and a family dance. There are a variety of different volunteering activities involved. When these events are planned, we will send out an email listing these activites to those on our list. 

Volunteering at Used Uniform Sales

The Parent Guild typically offers 2 used uniform sales per school year. Volunteering at a sale would involve helping with set-up, assisting shoppers, keeping the clothing organized, and clean up. Sales run from 3:00 - 5:00
